Yeah, this is my daughter's pediatrician, it's the most horrible office that you ever have to go into. They don't get any of the paperwork done. The Dr. Laura, whatever her name is, she calls herself she doesn't get any of her paperwork through the insurance. Her staff is very unprofessional. This is the worst place ever? I don't even know why any of these ladies in the office have a medical assistance degree to even do anything because they don't help you at all. They play on their phones and that's all they do. I called seeking therapy since I'm extremely depressed and this is one of the only places close to me under my insurance and they said they aren't taking any more patients and there's nothing they can do to help me which made me more depressed. such a sad world we live in. when you finally seek help, your denied.
good doctor and people at front desk both of my daughter have been patients for 12 years since previous administration
