Several members of the nursing and front desk staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me through an insurance and pharmacy nightmare. Crystal Run would NEVER!
The male doctor is quite rude and does not provide a sense of care at all. He answers your questions as quickly as possible and leaves without giving you a chance to ask follow-up questions. I eventually went to another doctor and now feel well taken care of, as one should with their doctor.
Frustrating Experience - Long Waits, excessive time to fill out forms, and a rude doctor They don't care anymore.
