Dr. Valdez is fantastic and the staff is so great and welcoming. He is extremely knowledgeable and will quell any anxiety you may have. I have been to dentists that feel like used car salesman and almost made me feel bad about my teeth which I can’t help with Crohn’s disease just so they can sell more work. But not here. Disappointed in Tustin dentists. Just when I thought I found a good dentist, I am again looking for a dentist. Can't find one. They are all just about money and they are not genuinely interested in caring for patients as they put money over everything else and it's not like I don't want to compensate them. Money Money Money. That's all that matters to them. Patients concerns are never understood. Very short sighted people obsessed with making money and they are not ever reasonable like the other health professionals.
Dr Valdez did a Awsome job on my crown. Always takes his time is always so thorough with his work. Definitely recommend Dr Valdez my whole family has been coming to him over 20 years.
Doctor Valdez is very thorough in their examination and gives us advice on improving our hygiene. Dr. Maria is nice and makes us feel comfortable while she cleans, and let her know when we feel uncomfortable during the cleaning.
All the staff is very friendly. Dr. Valdez is always taking good care of my teeth. The office is always clean and well maintained. Always a great experience will recommend to everyone I know.
