The doctors and staff are always great, but I don't think the frame selection was as good on this visit as it has been in the past. This is the first time I left without ordering new glasses.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Sparks, the front desk ladies, the eye techs and Rosa in the optometry shop!! Only downfall is having to wait 35 minutes just to pickup your glasses that are already done. They need more staff in the optometry area.
I love Dr Sparks and all of the staff at Cornerstone! They are all very professional, super helpful and friendly. Dr Sparks is attentive and never makes me feel rushed, answering all questions I have and discussing any and all options. I also got the pleasure of meeting Dr Pickard when I had to reschedule an appointment this past week and he was just as kind as Dr Sparks. I was able to make a same day appointment with very little wait time once I was in the office and/or exam room. Everyone is very kind and attentive and I even got a macchiato while I waited and a t-shirt when I was finished :) No hidden pricing or fast talking and everything not covered by insurance is fully explained up front. I was even personally walked to the glasses area by the doctor himself. I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone wanting or needing quality eye care by true professionals.

All of the staff were incredibly helpful. I had zero wait time and they let me take as long as I needed to pick out my glasses (which was a long time). Everyone I interacted with was beyond nice. Also, how many clinics give you a present and adorable card for being their patient? And they have hot chocolate and other drinks you can sip on while you wait. Yum!
Wasn't happy with the wait time once I got in the back. Think I'm going to look for another office.
