The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Chelsea did the original prep/exam and then I saw Dr. Melissa Herman. Both were great. They were sociable, listened well to my concerns and explained things clearly. At check out the front desk staff were nice to deal with too.
They take their time, made my kids feel comfortable and relaxed. Never had a bad experience and the whole family has been going there for a couple years now
The doctor care is reasonably good, but there operations are very poor. They booked me for a 3PM appointment but I didn’t see the doctor until 5:10pm. If it were a one off thing I’d understand, but on my first visit I waited for about 2.5 hours. I asked someone why they were repeatedly late and they said it was because the doctor is in surgery in the afternoon. They should book patients for an appropriate time.
