All I did was call the office to asked a few questions and the office staff was rude and nasty I’m good I’ll go elsewhere!!!
Maintenance worker was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. There are several more outstanding issues that need to be addressed. Worker gets 5 stars. Company gets 1.5 stars.
I had some issues with some minor repairs and reported them last week. Tim came today and fixed everything in a timely and professional manner. I thought he said he would have the part for my dryer tomorrow and like I said,everything was done today...thank you Cornerstone Estates!!! God bless you
