We purchased our New Holland 55 Workmaster Tractor from Brandon. He was very knowledgeable, very kind and easy to work with. He was also very patient with us as we were asking multiple questions about the tractor. He is the one, along with Emma, who delivered the tractor to us. He again was very patient on showing us all the features of the tractor. This was the best experience of purchasing a tractor that we have ever had!!
Once again, I sit dumbfounded by the complete lack of attention to detail by the Frankfort store. Complete opposite of my experience at the Dry Ridge store. I attempted to purchase a a box grader and post hole auger. They didn’t have a post hole auger so it had to be ordered. It finally came in on the 16th of May. I spoke to my salesman on the phone, said he would try to have it ready for delivery on Monday the 20th but couldn’t guarantee it. He would call me back.
