Warning - They will treat you like a criminal if you don't have money at THAT exact moment. So, Olivia at the Lee's Summit location seems to be the office dictator and apparently whatever she says, goes. When I first called she was too busy talking to someone else in the office and not even acknowledging me on the phone trying to make an appointment. That was just the beginning. Excellent from start to finish!!! I booked an emergency appointment and was seen the same day and even had the procedure the same day...that is unheard of! Everyone was Amazing, the front desk, nurses and Dr. Amy Vermeer!!! Highly recommend!!! Top notch in every way!!!
