Love Dr Russell. She took the time to dig in and come to a conclusion
I've been seeing Dr. Kurian for nearly a decade and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From day one, she has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough. Most staff on the phone are rude, did not have a good experience with Dr Russell. Does not seem that she cares about her patients. Also took 4 months to get in just for her to be zero help Went to the office with major fatigue and minor mood issues. Doctor was convinced that I had other problems and would not consider TRT. Since then have gone to another clinic, gotten a prescription for TRT, and have had my problems fixed.
These people are rude and incompetent! They don't know how to answer a phone or schedule an appointment.
