Dr Smith is a great surgeon but whatever you do dont let him operate at Union West Surgery Center!!!! The nurses and doctors were in such a hurry that they forgot normal proticol!!! 40 minutes after my surgey they felt I had slept enough so they man handled me naked and got me dressed. I am 5'9 so it took 2 of them to do this in front of my husband. Then instead of giving me a drink and letting me urinate like EVERY DOCTOR makes you do before leaving a facility after surgery, they carried me unconscious to my husbands car an... read more
I have had sinus trouble for years, after discussing my issues with Dr. McClelland I decided to have sinus surgery. My experince was wonderful. The surgery was alot easier than I anticipated. I have had no trouble with my sinuses since then. The staff has always been very nice, and have went out of thier way several times to help me! Thank you Dr. McClelland and all the staff at CornerStone Ear, Nose & Throat!!
We've been to both offices & the doctors & staff are so eager to help. We thought my 15 month old was deaf but when she got tubes put in her ears, she could hear just fine. The whole world opened up to her & she hasn't been quiet since-Thanks Dr.McClelland
My child was having a problem with his ears and did not want to see a doctor but once meeting Dr Gillespie he changed his mind. Dr Gillespie was caring and concerned and made it possible for even a child to understand and be unafraid. Thank you for your service. Highly recommended
I was refered to Cornerstone Ear, Nose, and Throat for a same day appointment. The entire staff was great and helped me out as much as possible. Dr. Gillespie really knows what he is talking about and with the 2 locations it was very easy for follow ups visits.
The entire staff has been very eager to assist each of my family members at some point. Business office girls rock!
