So the office location is unfortunate and the fluctuating schedule is.. odd, but the staff are nice, respectful and helpful. It's hard to find though, and it looks like a residential property with a tiny sign that is not easily visible from the road. However, the staff make it worth looking for--and hey, there's a white noise generator to help you pee in relative peace.
