It had been some months and I scheduled an appointment. The teeth cleaning was most thorough with Hygienist, Sonne. Excellent listening skills. Very gentle. Followed by DMD Kaylee Pollitt full inspection, again very thorough. After they were finished, I have a high degree of confidence with each of their observations. Thank you. I’ve gone to Cornerstone Dental for over 20 years. I’m a huge fan of Dr Dan, as are my parents who have also gone there over 20 years. I would recommend all of the doctors except Dr Pollitt at the Henrietta location. I had a traumatic experience a few months ago under the care of Dr Pollitt when I was 20 weeks pregnant. They do amazing dental work, but they are dishonest with respect to billing. I was assured that my insurance would cover part of the cost of the work that I needed, only to find that insurance covered nothing. Had their staff not spoken with such confidence about what insurance would do, I would have gone somewhere else and saved over $1000. Very disappointing.
