I had a bunch of fillings done around December. From the time I had them done I had pain. 2 months later I was flossing and the whole filling popped right out. Extremely painful. I go straight up there to have them fix it. They look in my mouth...its very obvious the filling fell out.. and say yep need to fix that. I leave thinking (oh good they fixed it for free). I can't say that I'm surprised..... but yet again having issues with this dental office. I have been rescheduled 3 times to be told to come in today for an 8 am apt for issues with an extraction and crown started over 6 months ago. Nobody is at the office- all lights are off nobody answering the door or phone. I specifically made sure it was today at 8 at this location. I even asked are you sure you don't need to verify and was told no if I don't here from them this office at 8 am on Saturday. So far my experience has been g... read more

I had heard great things about this dentist office, but unfortunately, my experiences were not the best. I was not impressed with the bedside manner of Dr. Baird. He was not very personable the last two times I was in. I didn't feel that the dental issues I was having were taken seriously.

Coming from another country and being with the same dentist for more than 25 years my experience today was outstanding!
