After over a month of contacting them i can’t set up appointments because they never call back. They claim they have emailed, texted, and called but there has been none of that. Extremely unorganized facility. Would not recommend. Their response is comical. Like i stated previously, no one had reached out. We waited over a month for responses until i finally called to try to set up the appointment AGAIN. Safe to say i found another office who was able to get me scheduled immediately

My experience with this counseling center has been amazing. My therapist, Jazz, of two years, created a safe and comfortable environment. She helped me develop ways to deal with my emotional distress as well as how to manage my relationship with others. She would check up on me before and after our appointments, and would be patient when there were difficult moments. I highly recommend others to see the people at Cornerstone.
