I just spoke with Lawrence, who I believe is actually a manager of this company, and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an employee. I called this morning with a concern, where he then says and I quote “where do you have the confidence calling me with this conversation”, and then hangs up on me mid sentence. Wow. I live in a home built by Cornerstone in an HOA managed by them. I could not be happier with Cornerstone's responsiveness; every time I have had an issue or question Cornerstone has gone over and above to resolve the issue. In addition, they have done a wonderful job of keeping HOA fees down when the cost of every other product/service is on the rise. I highly recommend Cornerstone
I debated writing this review for a year now. My first time was after the builder left our property leaving it without final grade. Our yard looked like we lived on mars so many pits and uneven - we had to pay to have an excavation company to come and do it. We also had to pay the outside excavator to grade the driveway which was also supposed to happen. So $1,500 later I thought okay we are done.
