I was unaware how important it was to have Tenant Representation for our business before looking into our second location. Fortunately I was referred to Peter & Spero over at Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate. Peter & Spero had my back every step of the way and showed me in real dollars how their negotiation with our landlord would save us money and protect our business down the line. I will never go into a negotiation without this team again, that's for sure!

Talk about true partners in business! Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate (shout out to Christina!) have been the best friends a property owner could hope for. Christina has helped us keep our investments in tip top shape making sure we always have a list of potential tenants ready and waiting if we have a spot open up. It's great to work with people who truly make your investment stronger.
