Menopause specialists for the win. My initial evaluation included multiple tests, medication evaluation, and counseling. We had a plan after my first visit. I was given time to ask questions and felt heard. I already feel better, I’m sleeping better, and many other annoying symptoms are improving. Finally! Relief!

APN Amber Ray answered to all of my questions and even gave extra information about menopause that I didn’t know. She made me feel like I have been her patient for years. She is young, but still very educated on older women issues. She offered encouraging words about our youngest daughter. I have referred her to my female family and friends.
