I discovered water coming in thru the basement drain Wednesday night. Called 3 different restoration services on Thursday. I personally felt most comfortable with Brandon from Cornerstone. He assessed our needs by using devices that read the levels of wetness/dampness throughout our basement. The price was fair (beware that 1 company gave an estimate for the same work but it was double!) 3 workers started work on Friday morning by suctioning out the water, removing the carpet and baseboards and hauled all of it away that day... read more

I was forced by insurance company to remove and clean non existing visible mold. Jason and Brandon were so professional. Brandon came out confirm no visible signs, took time to do moisture test that were negative. Took pictures. They did not try to sell me something I did not need.
