This is a great home care! They are always responding quickly and always willing to help!
Would not recommend this facility at all they never have coverage , multiple times workers that were scheduled did not show. I asked for Lina/Lima not to use bleach and to use my cleaner she disregards my request and continues to use her cleaner with bleach which causes me to get headaches when used. This has happened multiple times i find it disrespectful when i asked kindly not to use abs she apparently doesn't get it.
Cornerstone is a wonderful company to work with. They always come right out to meet with clients and schedule the services and work the hours that are most needed. Shout out to Ruby who helps coordinate and makes families and clients feel comfortable. Thank you to all the caregivers through cornerstone, you are appreciated every day!
Highly recommend Cornerstone Home Care. My mom bonded with her caregiver Angie immediately. Mom felt like she had a friend stopping by to talk. Angie’s sunny personality brought a smile to my mom’s face every time. We wanted mom to feel loved when we were not with her and mom truly did. Thank you Cornerstone Home Care and Angie.
