We have worked with Cornerstone for more than a year and have received tremendous care and consideration by the staff and our beloved caregiver. The staff are knowledgeable and supportive. Our caregiver communicates needs effectively and efficiently. We couldn't be happier and are so glad we chose this company.
Molina Family very disappointed with Cornerstone Caregiving! Not a trusting company. Deceptive smooth talking agent. Did not even know their own caregiver name. The Caregiver gave us her correct name. Charges were over the quoted price given. The caregiver worked one hour but got charged for 2 hours. Only able to take it for 2 days She worked one hour talked and drank coffe for the second hour. On the First day Cornerstone agent met at my home to introduce caregiver and policies. Be very careful hiring these people. Employees clock in and out on their phone and no one verifies they are there. Charges are incorrect and they don’t fix them. Employees don’t do much. When my mom fell the employee called us to get her up. Not vetted! We did not get a contract but they wanted us to sign one after we stopped using them. There is more but this is enough for now!
