I interact with many caregiver agencies in my business and little to none of them excel in dementia care needs and robust staff training specific to memory loss and dementia. We hired Cornerstone Caregiving in February 2025 to provide in-home care for my elderly parents. Unfortunately, our experience over the course of the year was deeply concerning and ultimately ended when the company terminated our services in early February 2026. I highly recommend Cornerstone Caregiving. Cornerstone Caregiving provided 24/7 care for my father Glenn when he went on hospice, and they served my dad patiently, gently, and lovingly right through his passing. The owner presented his company to me, in person, as one in which his employees provide compassionate care to their clients, just as they themselves would expect to receive for themselves or their loved ones. Terrible company. They messed up my check and sent it to the wrong account after I had notified them the week before to send to my new account. The person running it Blake is extremely rude and disrespectful. He will talk to you like trash. He has started arguments with several families due to him just being a downright nasty person. I would not have my loved ones serviced by this company as long as he is still there.

High quality caregivers, great management/office staff! Very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to find solutions. They don't charge exorbitant rates for shorter hours and they pay their staff better than competitors!
