Cornerstone has been caring for my husband with dementia for 8 months. They really care about the patient, the spouse, the experience and the compassion necessary. JD works 24/7 to be sure that last-minute coverage in care is available and always tries to match the caregiver with the needs of the patient and family involved. Great experience.
Mark and JD were great in their communication and taking care of our family needs when we needed help the most. Highly recommend them! *NOT ONLY ONCE, BUT TWICE. We had to and chose to get Mark and JD involved a second time when my Mom was put on hospice and their caring and professionalism was 2nd to none. The hospice staff at a very renowned facility even said that we had won the lottery in picking Cornerstone and that they were now at the top of their future list for referrals for similar situations. Had an excellent experience with this organization, starting with enrollment the day before discharge from Citadel Post Acute, scheduling daily visits at home to begin 2 days later, and great communication regarding staff who would be visiting my dad. Truly caring and responsive. The management team went out of their way to check in to be sure we were satisfied or had any additional needs.
