I recently called Cornerstone to inquire about services for my mom after a recent surgery. Stephanie was very caring and helped answer every question I had. Even though we didn’t end up using their services, Stephanie still calls us to check on my mom and make sure we know they are here if we need them! I have been a client of Cornerstone for 4 months and have had some very outstanding service during this time of my recuperation. The caregivers have been a very big help to me overall, encouraging and recognizing my progress as I am able to do more things on my own. They have been short-staffed at times, not able to fill all shifts at all times for me, but they have communicated well with me when that happened and that situation is improving.
My sister recommended that we look at a few of the different locations as a possible place for our mother, in the next year or so. The place was clean, staff friendly and helpful, good job! I will keep this one forefront in my mind.
