They started well and were very conscientious. If a caregiver called out, the director came to fill the shift if no one else could be found. When the original director left, it marked the beginning of their decline. They consistently did not show up for shifts. No call, no show multiple times. My mother was left alone to sit in her own waste without food or water on numerous occasions due to the caregiver not showing up to care for her, and I not being alerted. Cornerstone always gives exceptional service. Every interaction has been nothing short of amazing. Always courteous, polite and very helpful with any and every concern! I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Thank you Cornerstone for setting the bar high and keeping it there!!!
What started out as a great company to provide care for my elderly father has turned into a company I cannot recommend. My father was hospitalized and we needed to let caregiver know where to go for her shift. We were unaware until this crisis there was no local after hours answering service when we began care. Their after hours call center is located outside of the US , the Philippines to be exact . It was impossible to understand the call center person due to her heavy accent and loud background noise ! This is an excellent company! The team treats both clients and employees like family, creating a warm and supportive environment. I can’t recommend Cornerstone enough if you’re looking for compassionate, reliable care.
