Nikki and Jessica have both been lovely people to deal with in getting the caregiving process started and also speaking with them about any changes that needed made. They are very easy to get a hold of and are extremely accommodating. They are also very honest and straightforward in communication. My parents have been pleased with the caregiver in their home. A very sweet and honest person as well.
