Would give 0 stars if possible. The way they treat their employees is deplorable and disheartening. For a company that is supposed to focus on the well-being of others, they sure manage to do the opposite. They only care about money and keeping their revenue going. While it’s important to keep a business afloat, the way the higher ups treat their employees is disgusting. I am a 73-year-old man been in the rehab three times so far this past year. with the help of fantastic physical therapist at the rehabs I've been able to walk again and they've taken care of my many urinary and catheter needs. thank God. I would normally give everyone a five-star rating and the young woman that was taken care of me from your Norwood location was very good with purchasing clothes and shopping for me except she may have been too immature to handle some of my somewhat medical needs and that is a shame.
