I have worked for other agencies and have been a manager myself, this place is unprofessional. I felt expendable from day one and should have walked out of orientation. They have no respect for employees and even after going to the manager he did not apologize. I knew when I had to change my schedule last minute they would retaliate because they lack empathy. The manager talks hostile to employees and expects them to not have the same energy back. Their communication skills suck. I had a health issue and they told he I’d just have to work through it being very disrespectful but said it was me that was being disrespectful. This organization has far exceeded my expectations. It started out a little rocky as I pushed for certain things that would improve my father’s care but Cornerstone responded to every request and gave my father the best care we could expect. He was able to stay home longer and very comfortably because of the care he received from Cornerstone. I and my family will forever be grateful for the aids and the love and compassion that they showed
The staff at Cornerstone caregiving has provided my mom exceptional care when we needed it. They are responsive and thorough. highly recommend.
