I would give zero stars if I could. No one has come to my parents’ house for the last two days, despite scheduling for 6.5 hours per day-my dad is stuck in bed! My parents are kind, flexible people who are favorite patients of their doctors and their assigned hospice personnel. Some caregivers sent had never actually cared for someone before, another called and quit in the middle of her shift! James and the rest of the team are incredibly caring and compassionate for all those they serve and their community as a whole. They work very hard to get care in place through great programs and embrace not just their veteran clients but all those who they come into contact with. I'm honoured to be partnered with them!

Cornerstone was able to get my family certificate to be my grandfather’s caregiver. We didn’t want anyone we didn’t know taking care of him so first his daughter took care of him, then his wife. And when we were ready for someone else they were more than willing to send a caregiver. Such a great staff to talk to and very communicative about caregivers availability.
