Do not do business with this company. They’re thieves. They stole an extra $48 from me. I have an email quote stating one price and was charged a different price on my card. Their Operation Director Jacob Boynton has ignored my calls and emails for months because he knows they’re wrong and are crooks.
I want to thank Jacob and his team from the Royal Oak location for the wonderful job they are doing to care for my husband who is in independent living in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Their attention to his care and kindness have given me a tremendous amount of peace knowing he is in such good hands. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Caregivers if you have a loved one who needs to be cared for. Cornerstone has been a huge help to my family. They were able to increase our staffing hours on short notice and answered the phone late into the evening. The staff have been wonderful with my father and I feel safe leaving him in their care.
Jacob and his team provide consciousness and compassionate care. They provide communication throughout the entire process!
Multiple caregivers slept during their daytime caregiving shifts and/or were on their phone. Multiple calls to Jacob did not result in better care. The caregivers do not interact with the client, and do not provide basic services that they are hired to do. Look elsewhere for a caregiver - there are better options.
