Cornerstone has a problem with the app that supplies addresses for their clients and we keep getting our doorbell rung even though we do not have their service. We talked to Lexi on 3-16-26 and she is not willing to go further to fix this problem. I have a huge problem with their customer service not willing to work with us to fix a problem in their system. Not a good response on their part!
This company is a joke. I hired them to come in 4 hours a day to watch over my mom. Most of the time they where playing on there phone. There was worker that did her job. Robin L. They charge 34 dollars an hour but for what. Then then also sent me a bill the the day after my mom passed charging me for 4 hours. They never came over on 3-2-2026. But they billed me.
Thanks so much to Cornerstone for meeting our family needs. Rachel responded so quickly to our first inquiry and our ever-changing needs. Sherry was exceptional with our father and our family and we couldn’t thank her enough.
Cheryl took exceptional care of our mother at the end of her beautiful life. She was there anytime my mom needed her, day and night. She is the only caregiver that knew how to assist my mother and she did it with humor and compassion. We will never forget Cheryl and we consider her a friend forever. Love, the Larson family
