Such a great outfit. I really needed help at the last minute for my mom and these guys really stepped up and staffed the times that we needed the most help. We brought my mom home on hospice much faster than expected and were really neophytes at the caregiving part. Cornerstone had some really top notch people that were super compassionate as well as very skilled at what they do. It would have been really difficult to start this process without their help. Very timely and flexible. Easy to work with
Immediate response, started care the same night. Took a few nights for them to find us a regular caregiver that clicked with mom, but we always had coverage. Someone called off and they sent one of the managers to care for mom so she would still get the care she needed. Director is responsive to any issues and handles right away. Caregivers are trained and so helpful. They really came through in our time of need for mom.
