Terrible place to work as a caregiver. One, they have favorite caregivers where they’ll give almost everything shift to then beg the remainders to work the 2-3 hour shifts. Two, they use ChatGPT to respond to their caregivers or send out a mass message because many of them in the office lack literacy and can’t spell. Three they accept just anyone because of money then beg us to drive super far places while they get to go home or sit at the office. My Cornerstone caregiver is the best!! She always has a positive, can-do attitude and even though she is only here for three hours at a time, she gets a ton of work done.
