Unreliable operation. Caregivers don’t show as scheduled and management only knows when the client calls to complain. I was told - quote - “We always try to meet our commitments, but can’t do anything if people don’t show as scheduled.” Multiple instances of caregivers being late or just not arriving as scheduled. Great apologists, but totally unprofessional operations! Cannot, and very strongly do not, recommend!
This is the most caring home health business that I’ve heard of. Extremely well run & cares about their patients. The best around ‼️❤️👍😬🥰
