Each time they worked directly with our family, they did their very best to go above and beyond and you can feel the love and compassion from when they answer the phone to first meeting of the caregiver. No ones perfect, its hard managing people and an organization taking care of people, but every time something was not quite right, Cornerstone caregiving made it right. Thank you for all you do! Very unreliable care giving. I was enticed and signed up by Li Johansen. Seems as soon as trouble started she disappeared along with her promises I will say that they did make good on their promise to not bill for the time I was put at risk
Cornerstone is a very good employee structure, they need to give more training to them!
If you want to pay an exorbitant amount of money to have "companions" come and sit on the phone then this is a great choice! These people don't have a clue and it's clear there's a systemic problem with training and quality control.
