I just don’t understand why this company sends out receipts without sending the invoice either first or alongside it. It makes it difficult to get Credit on issues like no-shows, or someone scheduled to come for five minutes to do something the last caregiver didn’t do, stays two hours, ( with us being assured we will not be charged) yet ended up being charged anyway. It would be unfair to say that this is the only caregiving company that has this problem.

I work there as a Caregiver several months back. I still think about it from time to time how bad I was done .they took hours from me all the time and I haven’t been there long, but I’ve kept a couple of people and they loved me and I loved them. Never had a problem whatsoever .but miss Davis started taking my hours giving them to somebody else. she even lied to me and told me my client was in the hospital, but I had talked to the family and he wasn’t in the hospital at that time. Entire experience was great, but the caregiver, Brea was outstanding. She’s one of those people you just know she loves what she’s doing as soon as you meet her. She’s went above and beyond each time she cared for my mother and I will not hesitate to reach out to Cornerstone whenever I am in need of someone again…of course I’ll be asking for Brea.
