We live in Ponca City, Oklahoma- about 40 miles north of the Cornerstone Stillwater, Oklahoma location. Cornerstone has tried to supply qualified caregivers for my wife who is a dementia patient. She is currently a hospice patient. Her care requirements are difficult and complex. Cornerstone has supplied two very capable and compassionate cateegivers. This is the second time I've tried to work with these people and I'm not sure who decided to train these people but I'm beyond done with the hateful attitudes. I have explained to the scheduler and the hiring manager twice now that I have more than one job and that I have to balance both. So why exactly was it that when I explained to the scheduling manager that I was going to have to put in my two weeks due to circumstances beyond my control, I got the snarkiest reply back?
