Absolutely terrible. They said they called my 8 year old daughter her medication in to CVS they lied to me numerous times on the phone. CVS called them out on it. The lady on the phone was absolutely rude and if my child's mother wasn't at work she would of pulled up there. Terrible place to take ANYONE. DONT EVEN TAKE A RAT THERE. The ladies behind the counters will gossip about other patients "I HEARD IT MYSELF". needs shut down and all the workers should be forced to work fast food !!!!
Love the dental office at the washington location! All the employees are friendly and do a fantastic job. Beth the dental assistant is super personable and love coming to see her. I have a location 5 minutes from my house but I chose to come to the washington location fpr the employees!
I have used cornerstone care for years but ever since they moved into the new building it seems like they don’t care about their patients AT ALL. They don’t call with reminders anymore. I have missed my Depo shot several times. They don’t call period. And now they won’t refill my medicine I’ve been on for 10 years because a doctor is on vacation. You could not pay me to go to this doctor office anymore. I finally give up. I only stayed for my women’s health doctor Emily and now that she’s gone I will never go back.
While I have used them for years, lately it seems my concerns are ignored. I’m also currently breastfeeding my son who sees them, and have a fever. The lady on call refused to tell me what I could safely take to get the fever down while breastfeeding him. Needless to say, I will definitely be switching.
As a 23 year old female who has been to Cornerstone since I was 3 weeks old, and I have a soon to be 6 year old I do have to say that this office has declined rapidly since Dr Silvers and Dr Foley has retired and gotten older. These new doctors are very ignorant and make you feel like your concerns don't matter. Not a fan will be looking for a new PCP. Emily Hawthorne will be dearly missed after leaving this office.
