Bret is super knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and being healthy. You can tell this gym has a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for an alternative to the everyday gym experience you can look no further as I can't recommend Conerstone Calisthetics enough. When it comes to exercise, my main problem has always been consistency - I was always able to find a reason NOT to work out. Since I've found Conerstone Calisthetics, I've never been so motivated to wake up at 5:30am, drive 20 mins and get into a program that leaves me sweating, satisfied, and feeling strong. Bret and Megan are fantastic to work with and I love being able to track the progress I’m making there. Flexible and able to work around my work/parenting schedule which is no easy feat! Price is reasonable for the programming, training and attention that you get - but it is at a price point that can be limiting for some.

I am fairly new to Cornerstone, but I have been very impressed with the gym so far. The programming is very good, Bret and Megan are consistently updating my personal programming to keep me progressing. The gym is very clean and has a very family feel.

The trainers at CCG are excellent! I'm a 74 yr. old woman just returning to training. They adjust my training to my specific needs and coach me through the correct movements. They do this for every individual who is training with them. I use the Zoom option which fits my needs perfectly. I would recommend this gym to anyone at any stage of fitness and at any age. I have made significant strength and flexibility improvements over the last nine months.
