I am a first time business buyer. I am calling Boutique Investment Banks to see if I can get help with capital. I called Cornerstone, and they told me they did not invest. They are more like Brokers for Buyer, or Seller side. Then the gentleman said they do, but the do not. What?? I just thought it was weird. He told me the guy I needed to speak with was Cameron, I think but he was out on business. I understand "Gatekeeping."
