Perhaps the worst clinician I have met. We looked for a therapist because we were going through a divorce and our teenage daughter was having a very difficult time. The therapist, AK, had no soft skills nor could she develop therapeutic relationships with any of us. She was shamed base, embarrassed both parents and did not help our daughter resolve her struggles. It truly was a very difficult experience that did more damage than good. I called Cornerstone yesterday to try to make an appointment as I am experiencing anxiety. I called them yesterday at noon. The recording said they were accepting new patients and instructed me to leave a detailed message and someone would get back to me that day unless the message was left after 4. I left it at noon. It is now 3:00 the next day. I left another message and still nobody has called me back. This is not how one would expect a facility that treats mental health patients to do business.
