Awesome place! As utility contractor I am always changing places and moving a lot, been on few crossfit gyms and this one is one of the best if not the best! Amazing ppl, skilled trainers, they focus on every single one attending the class and that makes easy to progress and improve your performance! They really know how! I am super glad to have joined this gym, there is always motivation, smiles, movements explanations, mobility.... You only need to get your a$$ off the couch and get there!
Great gym! Everyone is extremely friendly and the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I'm in town, I attend classes. Definitely check it out!
