I wanted to give props to Cornerstone Automotive. I was in town from Austin over Memorial Day & “Life”happened to my truck. Pretty extensive damage to the front suspension rendering the truck inoperable. I was able to get it towed Tuesday morning to the shop on Culebra and they got it fixed by 5 o’clock that day!! I was blown away with their ability to not only fix the obvious problem, but to also point out and repair other underlying issues that could have had my family stranded. My families go to neighborhood automotive shop for year’s! We are never disappointed with these guys. They have great customer service and are fairly priced with great service. We have been going here for years and are the only place we trust for our automotive services. Keeping our family and friends safe. So grateful!
This place lives up to their slogan! I came in with a issue caused by a different repair shop and they took care of it! I am appreciative of their hard work and reasonable prices. The job took longer than they thought but they charged me as if it was easy work. Thank you Justin for all your hard work and giving me renewed faith in local mechanics.
I have been to this location on 2 occasions. I value their honesty and efficiency. Great attitude from everyone I've encountered. Very straightforward.
What happened to this place? It use to be great, and now it’s a whole different team of people who are rude and incompetent. You won’t last in business long as word is getting around quick!
Went there to have my car aligned. They called to say we had a kink in our brake line mid way through the alignment. My husband decided not to have it fixed that second because he does 90% of our auto work. We went to go pick up the car and husband got the keys and left, I happened to be in the bathroom when they thought our family had left. They are beyond rude the way they talk about customers when they think they aren’t around. FYI CUSTOMERS CAN HEAR EVERY WORD YOU SAY from the bathroom!
I cannot recommend this shop enough. This shop not only employs good technicians it also has a quality all to often missing from automotive shops, integrity. They gave me an estimate for almost a 1000.00 for a repair that I approved. The diagnostic results definitely pointed to a failed part. While replacing the failed part they discovered an easily missed issue actually causing the problem.
