I met with Liz the leasing agent for the Cornerstone at Toms River Apts last week. She gave me a thorough and thoughtful tour of the bldg grounds and amenities. She was extremely professional and kind when addressing my concerns and questions. I was made to feel comfortable and eager to become a resident when an apt became available.
How much is it a month?
Nice place, nice neighbors but ruined by heavy smokers that never get caught. Some are respectful of others and some feel privileged to doing so in their unit just because they have lived there since opening. This is not a strictly non smoking 55 and older community. After hours, the left wing of the building is heavily polluted while the right side of the building is unaffected. They protect smokers and give the boot to non smokers, expecting you to provide evidence by requesting to take photos of the smokers, such nonsense... read more
Placed numerous applications before they started they started building and after they were finished in numerous locations never received anything back they definitely discriminate who they want to live in these apartments. The state needs to look into this place and take control over application process.
