I have to change my review. We just learned that our electric bill is SO MUCH higher than we thought because the barely functioning management STILL HAS NOT FIXED OUR AC. I still think the maintence team is great and Adam has done everything he can; it is the management team that is holding back our repairs. Our insulation is ABYSMAL and it is costing us SO much money. At this point I'm furious because I have been so lenient and now it's financially affecting us. DO NOT move here if you want AC. They don't care to fix it.
Why are these properties allowed to put fake pictures, misleading people?? I want to move to Texas and now I have to be very careful and have my family go check it out…shame on Zillow, and all the misleading photos they are posting
Adam, one of the maintenance crew, is the reason im leaving a 5 star. Still can't fix my AC but its not his fault. It's management' Edit: 3 months in and still no luck on fixing my AC. I am relying on a portable unit in my living room pointed at a fan directing the cold air into my bedroom. My apartment is 85⁰ during the day. Sickening.
I would not recommend living here. Something is ALWAYS broken. I’m still waiting on stuff to get fixed. I dealt with multiple leaks. My apartment literally flooded and my stuff got ruined. I told the office they seem like they don’t care! The office never answers the phone, you literally have to constantly call them to get a response. I can’t wait to move! It’s so disgusting here.
