Adam, one of the maintenance crew, is the reason im leaving a 5 star. Still can't fix my AC but its not his fault. It's management' Edit: 3 months in and still no luck on fixing my AC. I am relying on a portable unit in my living room pointed at a fan directing the cold air into my bedroom. My apartment is 85⁰ during the day. Sickening.
I would not recommend living here. Something is ALWAYS broken. I’m still waiting on stuff to get fixed. I dealt with multiple leaks. My apartment literally flooded and my stuff got ruined. I told the office they seem like they don’t care! The office never answers the phone, you literally have to constantly call them to get a response. I can’t wait to move! It’s so disgusting here. PLEASE, READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!!!!! I absolutely do not recommend renting here. The apartments are very expensive for their low quality. They don't return the security deposit you give at the beginning of the lease. They do everything possible to avoid returning it, like all apartment complexes in Texas, thanks to a stupid state law that protects apartment complexes from returning your deposit.
