A lot of these reviews are so sad to see. I've lived on this property for almost 7 years. I've had nothing but good experiences. Not saying that I haven't had my share of bad ones, but overall I love it here. Please keep in mind if you are thinking of living here that this is an older property. Maintenance issues may frequently happen. These are not brand new luxury apartment. However, the apartment complex is quiet, pet friendly, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. If you enjoy the thrill of never knowing whether your shower will spray water or mystery brown liquid, this is the place for you. Every time I hook up with my girlfriend, the cops get called because the walls basically livestream our bedroom to the whole building. Management advertises ‘free pest control’, which I assume means the raccoons in the laundry room are in charge now.
