Happy with my tenancy. I would rent again if their prices hadn't gone up. But great experience.
The only thing i am giving that 1 star is because the staff at the office are nice when talking to me but i dont know what’s going on with the management as its been 3 months when my room got flooded from melting snow due to gutter problem and they made 2 holes on my room ceiling. Until now they haven’t done anything to fix my room. I kept asking for an update but no answer at all. Is this how they do things especially that we were tenants here for few years now. Its a beautiful place to live. Buldings are well maintained and surroundings are peaceful. Lake and Garden just a steps away from my building.
