I lived in this building for almost 8 months. When moved in it took almost 3 weeks to get everything working normally. I had to make so many service calls. Lots of things were nt working. Had to break lease and go back home due to family reasons. I was ok to pay the lease termination fee which is ok coz I was I informed about it. But their moving out procedure is like a looting people. They even charge you normal wear and tear which you are not suppose to pay as if you stay for 1 year there will be normal wear n tear. Lived here for 5 years.. Had mail stolen multiple times over the years during the holidays. Staff won't even look at a camera without a police report. The cameras mean literally nothing. Lost hundreds of dollars of stuff. Bi-annual intrusive inspections, constant hiring and firing (or quitting) of managers.. The good ones never last long unfortunately.. Very basic appliances that are similar to the 90s, charges the same rent as other nearby broadstreet locations with underground parking, charges +$60/mo for uncovered parking... read more
Very poor experience in terms of communication and administrative accountability. I was charged $420 for a purported bathtub repair. When I requested the contractor's invoice, Collections initially confirmed it would be provided. After several weeks with no response, I was later told the file had been closed and that I would need to request the documentation through the site office instead.
