Marcella is our new Manager Cornerstone at Barnegat. We had our 1st quarterly meeting on Tuesday April 14, 2026 and it went very well. Marcella hears us, she's listening and checking into some concerns we have. Personally we i need something done Marcella gets to it right away. Also she jots done things to make sure it is addressed. I am very pleased with Marcella taking care of situations that may arise. I don’t live here yet but my hope is to live here early 2027 when I’ll be turning 62 and begin collecting on my social security. I will be in need of a low rent to work along with my social security. The property looks beautiful! I have been speaking with and working along with Katelyn in the leasing office. She has been incredibly kind, informative and helpful with the process.
