Unfortunately we had a bad experience at Cornerstone Aquatic Center. We were members for 10 months. We forgot an item at the gym and called to ask if anyone had found the item. The staff member Carol was terribly rude on the phone. She refused to look for the item and made it blatantly clear she was annoyed that we were requesting someone to look for us. After the item was not found in one area Carol refused to have anyone look anywhere else and told us we would have to come back to the gym ourselves to look. She then hung u... read more
