Criticized my home and discouraged me around every corner with my chances of a refi. Put the appraisal on hold without telling me and for no good reason then refused to submit the appraisal

David Bloc, the owner came to appraise our home and was rude, hostile and disrespectful. He and his associate came into the house without wearing face masks. My husband and I are high risk for COVID and asked why they weren't wearing masks. He initially offered to go get them, then abruptly decided he wouldn't do the appraisal because he didn't "like our attitude". He said we were "paranoid". This store is the best place to go if you need Jewlery, Crystals, Sage and anything else Spiritual. The people who work there are pleasant, friendly and knowlegable with everything in the store. Everyone in the family down to even children will leave the store with something fun.
