Lived here for about a year and a half and had a great experience. The property is a renovated older building, but it is well-maintained and the owners continue to invest in it (like with the new fitness room and laundry room additions). Karen and Tyson are stellar and down-to-earth owners, and any concerns I had were always quickly answered and addressed. Pretty agreeable community as well; I never had issues with any of the other residents.

We are looking to rent here for my husband who is transferring from Ky bc of his work . I love the building bc it’s got so much character and is privately owned. When I spoke with Karen on the phone she was super nice and very informative.

I do not live here but I did speak with the office manager Karen and she tried everything in her power to help me figure out a good living situation for me and my elderly father she really went above and beyond it was just a little out of my reach but this would be a great place to call home
