Was not a good place to stay. 10/10 would not recommend. If you are desperate and have no other place to go, then it is what it is. But don’t expect to get your security deposit back! Get out asap!
Lived here for about a year and a half and had a great experience. The property is a renovated older building, but it is well-maintained and the owners continue to invest in it (like with the new fitness room and laundry room additions). Karen and Tyson are stellar and down-to-earth owners, and any concerns I had were always quickly answered and addressed. Pretty agreeable community as well; I never had issues with any of the other residents.
