This apartment complex is managed by teenagers who think they are grown!! Drunk on their (Morgan)power trip they threatened my daughter when she wanted to break the lease stating they would charge her with damages even though there were no damages She talked to several people in the office and they all gave her different answers on what needed to be done! I've lived here for almost a year, and love it. I was concerned because I read all the bad reviews, but I went and saw the place, and was impressed. Then I reread the bad reviews and noticed for the most part people sounded bitter and unhinged. The staff is awesome! They plan events for the community, are super friendly and helpful (some more than others, but mostly they are...the manager is awesome, and hard to see Ericka without a welcoming smile on her face). Do not rent here. Maintenance is lazy, groundkeeping is lazy, and office staff are rude & uncaring.
I've personally never had an issue with the complex or the management! When push comes to shove they know just how to take care of their residents! I'd recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home!
Front office staff has deplorable customer service. The manager has to be the worse of them all though, she is just plain rude. If your AC/ heat goes out, don't ever expect it getting fixed. She will just threaten to have you removed if you keep "complaining" ( her words) for sending in a service request. I have never been late on a payment here and I can't wait until my lease is up. I strongly advise choosing somewhere else to live. This place is miserable.
I have lived here for a few months. I have no complaints..the staff has always been helpful and friendly.....
So far I am very unimpressed with the office squad. Very unprofessional in every way. Every one of the staff I have met has been self-absorbed, inappropriately dressed and this leads me to believe this is going to be a bad experience. Will update as the lease goes on.
Ive been there almost 2 yrs I haven't had any issues. There is new management and the staff is more professional!
She will say anything to get your money. Office staff won't do anything about it, nor will corporate. With all the reputable, honest complexes out there, you don't need to get swindled. Think twice about this place
